To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding work that the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation (FBCF) has demonstrated in our home state, under the leadership of Ms. Jane Torres. For over a decade, I have had the pleasure of working closing with this organization in support its legislative priorities.
As a dynamic grassroots advocacy organization the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation has used its resources to educate our citizens in Florida on the need to eradicate breast cancer through research, education, and access to affordable quality health care for all. Most recently, the FBCF created the End Breast Cancer license plate. This groundbreaking achievement was the first medical specialty license plate in Florida, whose revenues go towards innovative research and educational programs for women throughout the state.
Empowering women to take control of their well-being creates and educated base of advocates to keep our community healthy. I am delighted to have this opportunity to endorse the hard work and dedication of the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation, and look forward to working with your organization in the years to come.
