4 Florida Institutions awarded grants for
Breast Cancer Research totaling over $363,000

North Miami, FL (October 3, 2012) - The Florida Breast Cancer Foundation (FBCF) is proud to announce the recently approved grant awards for breast cancer research in the State of Florida.
Four Institutions around the state including: NOVA Southeastern University Health Professions Division/College of Pharmacy, University of Central Florida Research Foundation, University of Florida, and Watson Clinic Foundation were awarded grants for breast cancer research totaling more than $363,000. All grants are made possible through the revenue generated from the End Breast Cancer Specialty License Plate in Florida.
