Members of Event Committees are committed to the success of the event.  Whether it is creating the concept for the event, securing the venue, asking those they know to attend, or spreading the word by the use of Twitter, Facebook, or other means of communication, committee members know that their efforts will ensure that the event will be a success.  But very few committee members are comfortable in asking individuals or businesses to help sponsor the event.
