Prizes for Best Dressed Witch, Best Dressed Warlock, Best Walker, Best Bicycler, Best Decorated Golf Cart and of course Best "Cackler".
This is a community event that Ladies of Latitude (LOL) is sponsoring. It is Open to all with unlimited tickets!
