Live, Learn, Laugh is the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation's statewide virtual support group for breast cancer fighters and survivors. You are not alone, and we are here for you no matter where you are in your journey. The support group provides support to those going through treatment as well as those finished with treatment. The group also provides guest speakers and educational presentations where attendees can gain knowledge on a particular topic that may be helpful in their journey.

FBCF COMMUNITY YOGA
Join the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation (FBCF) for FBCF's Community Yoga! In conjunction with our Live, Learn, Laugh Virtual Support Group, Community Yoga is a welcoming and inclusive practice that brings people together to nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Offered virtually and open to breast cancer survivors, co-survivors, their families and caregivers, it is designed for all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, and fosters a sense of unity and connection while promoting holistic wellness.
These community yoga sessions will emphasize mindfulness and relaxation through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. The focus is on creating a supportive space where participants can find balance, reduce stress, and strengthen both body and spirit.

This session features special guest speaker, Karla Mans Giroux, Co-Director of the Radical Remission Project and Co-Founder Health Navigators – a Virtual Cancer Wellness Community, who shares her journey as a metastatic breast cancer (MBC) thriver. Karla, a holistic cancer health coach, educator, and speaker, is also a radical remission metastatic breast cancer (MBC) survivor/thriver with 7 years of N.E.D.
